I just want to drive.

Hey, new to XBL, (just the initial trial at the moment) and Forza is my game right now. I'm not super competitive, I'm not picky, and I'm not silly. I just want to drive. I like R2, but I'll race any class; I'm interested in drifting, and really want to try some of the multiplayer exclusive game types, and the only thing I don't really like is drag racing.
I'll be on today until around 10:00 am US Central time. Gamertag is kaznai as well. I'm going to bump this post when I'm on, unless that's not cool.

I'm still finding it a little difficult to navigate the forums. I work overnight, so the only time I really have to play is when I get out of work, or when I'm awake and home on my days off.

hi names jon from the uk 33 yrs played forza 2 3 and now 4 which i think is by far the best although played alot of forza still can not master the art of tuning but with a tuned car im pretty quick and a clean racer im a proper petrol head in real life owning 2 cars that are in the game honda prelude 2.2 vtec jdm and my pride and joy 1996 subaru impreza wrx currently running 310bhp so hopfully i can meet a few of you lads in the lobbys and have some good racing and hopfully pick up a few tips on tuning and building a good car cheers lads

Sorry, should have responded to this a while ago.
Anyway, I'm just used to a more "traditional" layout. Like the Forza site, with a smaller, simpler layout and more specific categories. Now that I've had more time to get used to this it's not so bad, but the organization is still off for my expectations.

I think everything is a straight forward as possible. I was a straight up noob of forums over a year ago, and then it was easy and simple.

First thing that comes to mind is putting the General and Tuning sections in the Welcome area. Using a giant picture, instead of a title and description, for the link to the Welcome threads (or just a banner sized image). Those are really the biggest things that threw me off. I'm not going to go through and nitpick the whole shebang.
I really hope I don't come off sounding like a jerk or anything. It's not my business to tell you how to run your site. I wouldn't call myself a guru either.

Me? No. I've been getting a little more serious, but I don't know if I could keep up with a league. I like the atmosphere here, though; nice people, and It's a lot easier to get helped and just plain noticed than it is on the Forza site.
