Anyone looking to just play around...

Copied this from another section.

I'm new to XBL, (just the initial trial at
the moment) and Forza is my game right now. I'm not super competitive,
I'm not picky, and I'm not silly. I just want to drive. I like R2, but
I'll race any class; I'm interested in drifting, and really want to try
some of the multiplayer exclusive game types; the only thing I don't
really like is drag racing.
I'll be on today until around 8 am US Central time. Gamertag is kaznai as well. I'm going to bump this post
when I'm on with updated details, unless that's not cool.

Psh, that wheel was a gift to myself, haha. Santa did get me 90 more days of XBL, though .

I've had the wheel about a week now, but I didn't want to take it online without some practice. I'm finally to the point where I can drive more than one consecutive lap on the track, lol. It definitely took some getting used to, but it's a lot easier to stay on the line, and control the throttle and brakes, and my lap times are improving daily.

Well, typically, most of us are not on to "just play." We are on for a specific reason. It is for me, anyway. It's either working on a tune or running practice laps to improve my times or line around the track. Most of us are more than casual players.

I want to start racing with EZT as EZT.. I'm just waiting on what's the final word on this subject. I know a few events are coming up.. For example, The Cosworth Cup. Member and Leaders.. Please get in contact with me.. i really want to be apart of you guys

OK, you need to check out our racing schedule and see what we are racing in.
16 of us are racing the the VM Spec Racing Series that started last night. There is room for about 10 more people. That would be a good place to be able to race with EZT.

Yeah, I understand most people are on for a reason. However, sometimes I just start up Forza because I want to go fast. Considering that the online races are typically empty, the few drivers in them don't use their headsets, and the game mode options available are so-so; it's nice to have actual people around to play with.

I've been doing a lot of tuning lately myself, and I'm still wrapping up career mode. Even having someone around to help me tune or run practice laps with would be nice. As I've stated, I'm not picky. I don't care if its a completely different person hosting the game so long as there is human interaction and opponents that don't fall behind by 25+ seconds.

Well man you came to the right place. We participate in series racing mostly. But some of us race in 2 or 3 series a week. Hop on practice with us and eventually maybe sign up for some series racing if you can. Shoot as many of us a friend request and we will be sure to race.

I may look at some series if I can find some mellow ones that work with my schedule. As I've said, I'm new to online racing, and it's an entirely different animal than the AI in-game. I'll try to shoot a request your way, I've got a few of the guys on here.

I'll be on tonight starting now and ending sometime before sunrise. I've got a couple new tunes that I wanna mess around with in the lower classes.
