EZT Motorsport is proud to announce the next Sunday night series! In this event, drivers will find themselves behind the wheel of the 2003 MINI Cooper S. Built to just over A-class and fully tunable, the MINI is a fun little car with speed and grip! It's a far cry from the City Car, also affectionately known as the "lawn mower," series run earlier this season.
As mentioned in the opening, racing will take place on Sunday evenings at 19:00 CDT / 20:00 EDT / 01:00 BST (Mon) and the will incorporate a mixture of environments. Starting at Italy's Mugello Autodromo Internazionale Grand Prix circuit, the series will then head north through the Alps to Germany stopping at Hockenheimring National and then northwest to Nurburg and visit Nurburgring Grand Prix Short. Next, the series will trek west and south, across the Pyrenees to the south of Spain, north of Barcelona and the famous Circuit de Catalunya National. The final European visit will see the MINIs running on the Silverstone International circuit. Finally, the series will culminate on the long course of Infineon Raceway in sunny Sonoma, California.

The MINI Cooper S Challenge Series 1 will begin on the 16th of September and run through consecutive weeks until the series finale on the 21st October. Six weeks of racing against all manner of skill levels, where everyone is there to have some good clean racing and where anyone can do well.
