EZT Vintage NASCAR Series 1 Race 1 - Sunset Speedway

Schedule:

Qualify - 5 laps
Race  - 50 laps

Neo and I did some practice laps last night. Was getting 46.9's pretty consistently.

I'm hitting 47.4s +/- 
Not good at tuning for ovals but eh
Still gonna be good fun

Your tune will only get you so far with these bad boys. Work on your entry to turns one and four. This is where you can pick up or lose time.

Is the series on Sunday nights? Actually if so it works better for me .... I thought it showed Mondays before but now I can't access that page sooooo   

Anybody going to be on tonight to run some laps?

It's on Monday nights.

Well guys I'm screwed afterall, got training the next 6 weeks starting Monday. 3:45 till midnight, oh well maybe next time    

Maybe I can run some laps with you guys later anyway sometime along here.  So far getting low 46.7's  

This is probably the best thing about living in Australia
US night is my mid morning the next day

Well that sucks! I know first hand how the RW can mess up virtual racing. Thanks for your interest, and for sure, we all can hook up again down the road! Cheers 

I'll send out a FR and for at least the next 6 weeks I could hop on for some practice laps etc if anyones on during the am hours.....and Erebus if you need I can probably help tune that cougar

I wouldn't suggest it. We're running limited damage so any bump will cause damage which could be costly.

Only getting about a 47.4 on this track.  I'm not a very good tuner either.

Which car you going to run tonight? I have very stable tunes for both running 46.8's.

Mercury Cougar.  I could probably get into the 46's with wider tires, but my Cougar tends to want to oversteer coming off of Turn 4.

An emergency just came up. I will probably miss tonight's race.

Great race tonight guys!! Next week should be closer since the draft isn't as big a factor.
