I haven't tested the cars lately. I've been racing in a Series with the Mini Cooper. 2 more races to go at Motegi East and Catalunya East.

Hey guys, I was on with Coot yesterday. We're planning on doing a little get together next week one morning, probably tues or wed. Just to try out our tunes and get back in the racing groove. Everyone invited to join in.

8:15 pm EST tonight (12/8/2014) I will open a lobby and if anyone shows up we will race. If no one shows by 8:35 the room will be gone.

Sorry for being away for a couple days guys, was a bit under the weather this past weekend.

I can't make it tonight Axe. If I had known earlier I could have planned ahead for it.

I still plan on being on either tomorrow or wed morning (poss both) around 11 am est.

Doing a mod on my CSR wheel - will be down for a few days unless I REALLY screw something up.

I should be able to get on AXE.

Apologies for not being around much guys. I've been tied up at work all week with meetings with engineering. Hope to be on for a while Sat night to run some laps.

My power was out from 9:20 PM Thurs until 1:15 AM Sat. due to rain storm with high winds.

So back online today,
I'll be out of house today from 5:30 PM till around 7:30 PM. That is Pacific Time.
Trying to fine tune my Javelin.

I got on late Sat night to do some practicing and my upshift paddle broke! I have my shifters, both the H gate and the sequential, so no problem there, but I have to do some sort of repair as the paddle is hanging and interfering with turning. I'm going to try some industrial adhesive I got at work and see if it holds. I don't really relish the thought of taking the whole wheel apart.

Wheel repaired!! Switched over to my sequential shifter and running just as fast as ever. Got some cool paints for these rides, tunes pretty much set, ready to rumble!!!

OK guys, let's do this. Would a Sat night be better or a weeknight? As soon as we decide we'll set a date.

Is the race still on for this Sat?

AAR Oneshot can race if the Time is 10 PM Eastern.
If it would be 9 PM Eastern he would miss the 1st race and then race on the 2nd race.
I gave Oneshort the car list and tracks.

Seems like there has not been an event notice on the Anytime Racing Event other than a few EZT members discussing it.

I improved my time, in the E Class Alpha Romero GTA, on Catalunya National  from 1:35's to 1:33"s by tweaking the build and using the Forza 4 Tuning calculator. I had a 1:32.8 with slight penalty.

Update in lap time.
I got a 1:32.7 on Catalunya by more tweaking.
I uploaded the replay to my Storefront.

I just wanted to stop by and say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of team EZT. If you guys find any good FM4 racing series let me know please. I am running at virtual1 and TORA US atm. Haven't been to VM in a while because they haven't had much FM4 at US friendly times. Anywho, thought I would stop by and say hey to you all I haven't seen in a while, take care fellas and hope to see you on the track soon.

Hey, Midnight! Thanks for checking in. Been slow around here lately, as a lot of the guys went to FM5. But I'll see you tonight at the TORA US event  .  Been messin' with iRacing lately, pretty much gave up on Forza, although I still think Forza 4 is ideal for on-line leagues. I think Mikey at TORA US may have a few events in mind. Happy New Year, and catch ya later.

I've tweaked my cars to where I can't get them any better.

E Class = 1:32.3
D Class = 1:10.1
C Class = 1:45.791
B Class = 2:01.730 with a dirty 2:01.713. I  used the AWD build with AXE's gears(1st gear set to 3.20) and the FTC Calc Tuning.
A Class = 2:20 I will be testing this today.

I am interested in anything you guys get going. Don't care what cars or builds, I can do it just about anytime of day. With VM shut down there are not many places to race in FM4 and I cannot afford to buy a new console.

Hi Midnite, looks like we may have to delay the Anytime Racing that is scheduled to run today sometime around 6 or 7 PM Pacific.
I've been tweaking the tunes for each car and have gotten then fairly decent for my MS racing wheel.
I finally beat my Ford Escort a class time on suzuka Full last night by adding the downforce upgrades.
My best lap in the Acura NSX A600 was a 2:16.6 with stock downforce.

I can send you the 5 car builds if you want to play around with them in case we do run the races tonight.

I hope that EZT could get more racing going.

Last night was a bust so lets try this again. ANYONE who wants to race post here when you will be on and what you are racing and we will see who shows up. This is not for series or league racing just for social, fun racing. Any car you want, built in to the top of any class, for a to be determined( in the lobby ) amount of laps, on a to be determined( in the lobby ) track. Public lobbies are better so new people can join and maybe we will make some new friends or be found by some old friends. If you still like Forza 4 and have cars you want to drive build them and have them ready to race and we can maybe find a core group of racers that can keep alive an online community that is on the decline after all this all started with a bunch of guys that just wanted to race and loved the game even when it didn't love us back.

Public Lobbies sounds good. I haven't raced them for many moons.

So get a short track and a long track car built for each Class?

Nothing is out. If we run loser picks and you lose you can pick an oval but maybe not the class it will depend on the rules in the room at the time. But races should only be 10 to 15 minutes long so keep that in mind.

If a date and time are posted, I will do my best to be there. I cannot set anything up myself right now due to the hectic schedule at work. This is actually the busy season for the golf ball industry, as we must fill the warehouses for the spring. Right now we are running all out to try and keep up.

I am available anytime. If you see me on when you want to race send me an invite, even if I am in a different game. I sometimes leave my Xbox on in Diablo and am not really here (dynamic dungeons change each time), so keep that in mind if I do not respond. I am up for anything but the higher the racing class the better IMHO. I have cars built to the top of all the classes so I am game for anything. I don't know if you guys have tried out the alternate race options but the Soccer variant is a blast with fast or slow cars.
