Please see rules clarification.

Could someone post the Make and Model of the Spec series 1?

Plus if the IFCA includes This Series 1 in the Driver Rankings, then the Required "Simulation" setting will help in keeping our Ranking at a lower Number.

OK I guessed and found that the car is a 2004 Audi S4 
I built the car and ran a few laps around Homestead Alt. and was in the 1:26's.

Tom, there is a specific thread for the car and build.

Anyone having trouble registering for the series?

I will take a look at the car and build when u get home from my girls tomorrow

I had rotator cuff surgery on tuesday. I won't be able to race (i use a wheel)for quite a while.

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we will be restricting all fans from attending any of the SPECRacing Series 1 races. In addition, to keep from spreading the virus too fast, the fast guys--you now who you are--will have an additional air filter fitted to their car which should increase the drag on the car by an additional 30%. That should put those guys on par with the slower guys--we know who we are!

I'm now wondering if setting the damage to "Simulation" in this series is going to work for me while using my TMX racing wheel.

After 3 laps of practicing and noticing that my speed dropped 3 to 4 MPH, found that I had 26% damage to my engine.

My lap times dropped to 1:37's. While running quite a few laps in "Rivals" I was in the 1:35's

The race settings of "Simulation" damage may not be a good idea for Forza 7.

Last time you had that trouble Tom it was because you were downshifting way to aggressively and over revving the engine. Save a replay and I'll take a look if you want, but I'm guessing it's the same problem.

Hey bud and welcome, it's great to see you here! The number one object is to have fun, so don't worry about lap times too much. You'll probably discover your not as slow as you think.

Qual times are posted. You did miss Qualifying but Race 1 is this coming Monday. We currently do not have any COVID-19 restrictions in place, thankfully!
