After running--or should I say sliding--around Sebring once the rains came, the top five positions in the Overall Drivers Championship have not changed from where they stood after R5 at Road Atlanta.
Lanrell21 has a 17-point advantage over P2, FRB Incognito, who holds a significant lead over P3, EZT Neo 45. It is not inconceivable that Incognito could pull out a victory at the end of the series, but it will take a number of things to occur in order to achieve that feat!
While the top two podium positions are solid between Lanrell and Incognito, P3 holder--EZT Neo 45--has only a nine-point advantage over teammate and series teammate EZT BabyHueys59 in P4. Holding steady in P5 is BIG DADDY KEN (15 points behind P4) with a nine-point advantage over COLEjustCOLE (or whatever he's going by now..hehe
) in P6 who is only two points ahead of EZT MAKO 6669 in P7. There is still something to be decided between Midnite Rider in P8 and OnaBreak in P9 with only a one point separation!
The Teams Championship has not seen a change since the start of the series--Rubicon in P1 and Living Truth in P2.
The Privateers Championship has seen a big change from last week's results at Road Atlanta! With BDK Motorsport holding the top spot after this week's race, P2 through P8 have shifted around. BDK has only a nine-point advantage over Cole Motorsports in P2 who advanced two spots from last week! Although not having his best performance in the wet, Shark Bite Racing is only two points back in P3! With a differential of three points for each race, finishing positions are going to be at a premium to determine who finally ends up with the top spot in Privateers!
