EZT Mini Cooper S Challenge Series 2
Race 1 - Le Mans Old Mulsanne


The day started off with a day at the factory preparing the Mini for the upcoming race. Missing some final build adjustments I took the car out for a drive down the old mulsanne straight, and it was a thrill. Well not really but I did get a couple of Physics problems down without the use of my right index finger. Then to the paint shop it was and I thought that I might as well recycle some of the hundreds of vinyl groups I have only used once or twice, eventually settling for another Borderlands 2 themed car.

Come race time I had forgotten to finish up my build  so Coot's garage finalized the build for me and we were ready to race.


After qualifying I found myself on pole next to Wske and the grid lead to a few surprises with only 2 hot laps to complete your fastest qualifying time. Rough times for some as a couple only got uncertified lap times and others had to use their outlap as their fastest.







Was going to do a Wheelwash report but got part way through and then understood how much effort it takes. Above are pictures of the race.

Something is wrong with Flickr. The pics aren't showing up.

They show up on my home computer but not on my phone. I have no idea how to work flickr though, just thought I would give it a try to get the greyness out of the photos that i get from photobucket

Nothing is showing up. The url's point to a web page, not the images themselves.

The pics are cool, Sabre! I always knew MAKO was fast!  

You should enter one of your pics in the calendar comp at VM. It would be a good way to promote the series.
