two or three drivers. Only the top two drivers will score team points. Teams are frozen when the Sign-up period has closed or when a driver runs his first race.
SCHEDULECAR INSPECTION / QUALIFYINGAn addition has been made to the schedule (yellow highlight)--
Race 00. This will be a car inspection / qualifying session.
The session will begin at the normally scheduled start time and will be open for 60 minutes. The session will conclude once all those that wish to qualify have done so. While this is not mandatory, any driver with an illegal build or violating livery rules will be penalized up to and including race and / or series disqualification.
CAR INSPECTIONEach driver's car will be inspected for the required vinyls as well as proper build. Once car passes inspection, the driver may then proceed to qualifying.
QUALIFYING- Only one opportunity to qualify
---- Three (3) flying laps--excluding out lap
- Five second delay between drivers when more than one driver qualifies
- Track will be cleared of those drivers not qualifying
---- Those not qualifying must enter pit road and remain at the end of pit road when exiting
- Keep chatter down to allow qualifying drivers to concentrate
---- One warning given
- Once qualified, please leave the session
---- Practice may continue afterwards for those drivers not yet qualified
Any driver that lags out or leaves the session will have their best time used as displayed by the results screen. No driver is to drive backwards around the track.
CERTIFICATIONEach driver must have a certified lap achieved on their first lap. A slow cautionary lap must be carried out by every driver, staying on the track and away from the grass, curbs, and walls. If your lap becomes uncertified, you will have to sacrifice another lap to achieve this very simple task, so go slow and be careful. All uncertified times will be placed behind certified times in order of fastest to slowest.
(Collisions: OFF, Damage: Cosmetic, STM: OFF)

CONNECTION CONFLICTSIf you cannot connect to your race room, you will receive last placed points for your qualifying room upon completing the Connection Confliction procedure stated below. This will be for the first two conflicts only, upon which you will then only receive overall last placed points.
LIVERYOnce officially signed up, the official SPECRacing Series 1 number plate with your driver number will be available for download (do not alter the size other than on the Hood—size 0.80—and the
trunk—size 0.70—from the original). Search “EZT” under the Description or Creator.
All participants should place their car number in five locations—the two sides, right side of (from painting perspective) front and rear bumper (number only, not number plate), the hood, and the trunk—which should be easy to read.
In addition, they display eztmotorsport.forumotion.com in four locations—the two sides, the rear, and the front—which again, must be easily viewable. This is a general rule for EZT Motorsport events, but for Series specific details, read below.
The vinyls should be on top of a livery of your choosing. However, it should be tactful and race-themed. Locations of the number plates, number (on the front and rear bumper), and URL do not change. Again, this template must appear on top of your design.
Teams must run the same paintjob, although differences such as displaying gamertags and nationality flags is permitted. If there is more than one team from a club, then you may run the same design but have different base paints or colors to show the difference. If desired, drivers within the same team may use different color side-view mirrors.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED LIVERY DESIGNS:- Illicit drug sponsorship / depiction
- Explicit / offensive designs
- Tinted windows
ADDITIONAL INFONOTE: ***** Sign up period ends 24 hours before Race Night begins *****No "same day as race" registrations permitted.
Only registered drivers may qualify. No "qualify first, then register" will be permitted.
Forza Race Regulations will be employed for this series. All eight race results will count towards the final standings. There is no dropped round.
A functioning microphone is required, otherwise how can we communicate? Any driver causing avoidable contact as a result of a malfunctioning microphone will be penalized up to and including disqualification.
It is recommended you save Replays. This may help rectify disputes.
You cannot cut corners. Racing is done on the track only. Anyone caught cutting will be penalized up to and including disqualification.
CONNECTIONSYour connection is YOUR responsibility. You must ensure it is the best it can be. This includes :
- turning off all other equipment using the internet during a race
- being wired instead of wireless when possible
---- when wireless, making the signal strength the best it can be as denoted by the dashboard
- finally as a last resort, resetting all equipment
It is highly recommended to get your NAT to appear OPEN. If you cannot connect properly on race day, then it will not be delayed. Conflicts with other racers preventing access to rooms will need to be sorted by those in question, and those one or two racers will need to sort their problems, or they will not be permitted to race. The person with the better qualifying / previous race finishing position will be permitted to race, as long as he does not conflict with others. It is strongly recommended to get online 30 mins before race time to work out any connection problems.
Conflict on Race NightIf there is a conflict for your race room, you must find out who the conflict is with:
a) Room Host invites all his drivers to the lobby
b) Driver who can't get in then opens a lobby (correct settings)
c) He invites everyone in
d) Whoever cannot get in has the conflict
e) From these two drivers, the one with the better qualifying / previous race finishing position will be permitted to race
This process should not take longer than 5 minutes.
TEAM OFFICIALSIf you have any questions or queries regarding any aspect of the series, get in contact with the Series Organiser. Either send a PM on the forum or send an XBL message. Be sure to add the organizer to your Friends List, also!

FINALLY...Communication is key! Chances should not be taken that will risk other drivers. No-one's race should be ruined by someone else's mistake.
